Examination and Administrative Relief Process for an Invention Patent Case
Note:
① After examination of invention patent application cases, those that are considered as non-inconsistent with regulated procedure and have no reason for rejection of making public, will make public after 18 months from the application date (or from the date next to the earliest preemption right claiming date for those that claim the preemption right)
② For invention patent application cases, within three years from the application date, everyone is eligible to apply for corporeal examination and begin corporeal examination.
